I am not the same woman who started this work years ago. I am quieter. More grounded. Less interested in fixing—and more devoted to feeling and listening.
I didn’t arrive here by accident.
And I didn’t stay the same.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked with women—
holding space, guiding transformation, expanding leadership, and supporting deeply personal work.
And then I made the choice to step away.
Not because it didn’t matter—
but because something in me needed to expand.
I had reached a plateau.
And while part of me could have stayed there, I’ve always been drawn to the green growing edges of my life—
so I changed everything! Even though things were going great.
What followed wasn’t about building a bigger business. It was about expanding beyond my comfort zones—and then returning to myself.
I was already an ICF-trained coach.
A certified creatively fit practitioner.
I co-founded a nonprofit that traveled internationally, working with young women while filming a documentary exploring what it means to be a girl in the world—and what connects us.
And then I stepped into the deeper work of feminine embodiment.
Through motherhood and this next layer of growth, I began letting go of what was no longer true for me.
I learned to listen to my body.
To allow life to move through me in a way that felt more meaningful.
I became more humble. Less driven. More present.
A big shift for someone who once built an identity around running large online programs, working 16-hour days, and constantly pushing.
I don’t believe women need to be improved. I believe they need to be supported in coming back to themselves.
My work has always extended beyond the personal—because we don’t exist in isolation. The women I work with are not only navigating their inner world—They are also in constant relationship with what’s happening around them. The way we respond to both becomes our lived experience. I created this work as a support system that honors both the internal and the external—a space that recognizes the complexity of what women are holding.
I believe healing cannot be separated from the collective. This work is grounded in values of care, unity, and liberation—both personal and collective.
That our humanity is shaped, sustained, and revealed through our relationships with one another. We become ourselves through connection. My humanity exists in how I meet yours. This is how I strive to show up—in my life, in motherhood, and in this work.
What I appreciate most is that her work is not just insightful, it’s practical. The tools and frameworks she’s given me continue to support me through every stage of life and business. And beyond the sessions, she has remained a consistent, caring presence, through workshops and ongoing support, always showing up with generosity and integrity. Tia is brilliant, compassionate, and deeply committed to her clients.
If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with honesty, clarity, and real care, and actually help you move forward, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
